Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG: even better!

You guys are thinking about the 2011 Benz SLS AMG supercar, right?

That particular car has been given a little more OOMPH. They added another name to it. The full name is the 2013 Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG GT! It is said to have 20 more horsepower than the 2011 model! Mercedes-Benz is going to have a happy Halloween when they release it on October!

Probably you can’t tell which one is which by the photos, right?

Happy birthday to you, happy birthday to you, happy birthday Ford Mustang, happy birthday to you.

Yup, 2 years from now, the Mustang is going turn 50 years old! For that I’ll show you the timeline of the Mustang!

Exhibit A is the 1964 Ford Mustang! A car for people that want an awesome sports-car! It costed a lot of money back than, but was a little bit of money today. A lot of money back then.

El numero dos is the 1975 Ford Mustang. Part of the 2nd generation of the car. It still was worth a price that’s affordable today.

The economy changed during the 3rd generation Mustang production. During that same time, the car costed somewhere around the 20,000’s.

The 4th generation Ford Mustang was a hit during production. It was amazing!

5th in line is the 2006 Ford Mustang, part of generation #5. (Shelby GT model shown.)

Level 6, the 2010 6th generation Mustang, the one that we previously have.

7th place is the 2013 Mustang, the one that’s on sale now. (202-mph Shelby GT500 model shown.)

For the 50th anniversary of the Mustang, they’re making the 7th generation Ford Mustang. This was hinted by the Ford Evos concept, and is related to the 2013 Ford Fusion. (This photo is just a rendering.)

Pretty Evos-like, eh?

A modern day car manufacturer not in the USA + Alpine A110 = a concept!

You know what happens when you combine a sports coupe from Renault with the old 1969 Alpine A110?

Well, you get the Renault Alpine A110-50 Concept! This concept car I think looks like a redesigned BMW i8, right?

A sweet car, eh?

BMW has teamed up with Aston Martin’s partner, Zagato, to make a coupe version of BMW’s Z4 roadster!

The coupe, in particular, is called the BMW Zagato Coupe. It’s a concept car for now, but I hope it comes into production.

Scion iQ’s gaming offer!

You guys prefer the Mini Cooper or Smart ForTwo over the Scion iQ, right?

Well, I’d say that you get rid of your MINI or Smart and replace it with the iQ because now, from the beginning of may to the end of June, buy the iQ, and you’ll get a free PlayStation Vita! That’s like buying a Cadillac XTS and getting a free iPad!

If you don’t believe me, visit www.scion.com/promotions/iqthereforeiplay/ and you’ll see why i’m talkin’ PSV!

Porsche 918: Twin brothers in war!

The Porsche 918 plug-in hybrid is making people go crazy over the car! Here are 2 918 cars in the 918 line. The Porsche 918 Spyder supercar plug-in.

And here’s the Porsche 918 RSR racecar that will be heading to race-tracks like Laguna Seca, Nurburgring, and so on.

Now is the time to vote for YOUR favorite 918 car! Results will be on the same day I post the results of the EV hatchback war winner and hybrid exotic siege winner*!

*Provided that I get results on May 31 2012. Those of you who voted for the car that didn’t win, you might want to surrender to the people that voted for the winner.

Eco-zotic battle!

The generation of hybrid super-cars has arrived! Starting off is the very first one, the Ferrari F70 HY-KERS. The replacement for the Enzo might be a very good one! The best thing is, it might be extremely light-weight, and might have good fuel-economy!

Number 2 on the list is the Porsche 918 Plug-In hybrid exotic. The replacement for the Carrera also might be very good. It is said to have the mpg rate of 78! Very good, eh?

El numero tres is the BMW i8! It is said to be better than the 918’s (78 vs 80) and is the first car to have body panels made out of thermoplastic.

Next is the long-awaited 2nd generation Acura NSX with Sport Hybrid SH-AWD. The open-top brother appeared in Marvel’s The Avengers, driven by Robert Downey Jr. himself!

Finally, there’s the 2015 McLaren F1 replacement! I haven’t found a good photo, but it’s still in this blog post. Like the last blog post, vote on which hybrid super-car is the best! If you know how to draw, and you love the F70, show me your renderings, and I’ll keep track on the news about the F70. When they reveal the final look, I will show you all the photo in one of my future blog posts, “Enzo revived”, or “The Eco-Ferrari”!

EV Wars: Episode 1: The Electrics appear!

The battle starts right now! The first competitors are here! Here is the 1st U.S. electric car since the GM EV-1, the Nissan Leaf.

Sales on the Leaf were going great until the 112-MPGe Mitsubishi i-MiEV has hit american showrooms.

Later, Nissan and Mitsubishi had their first opponent in their sights. The 2nd most fuel-efficient EV in the world, the Ford Focus Electric.

If any of those EVs seem the most promising, visit the websites listed below:

Those of you who own any of the above, comment on this blog post and tell me how great it is.

Those of you who don’t have any of the above, please schedule a test drive on one of them and tell me your verdict!

More electric rivals coming soon!

BMW M: Bigger, badder wolves!

BMW M’s new sporty cars just landed on showrooms! All 3 of them are extremely powerful! One of the vehicles is offered as a sedan, and you’ll love it! This is the BMW M5 (F10)! This is the best BMW M car ever! If you don’t believe me, ask Top Gear. They will know.

If you don’t want a sedan, you can have the M6 coupe or convertible. I think that there’s going to be a M6 Gran Coupe coming soon.
